این کتاب را در سال ۲۰۰۶ م. انتشارات دانشگاه پرینستون منتشر کرده است. دکتر دیب که رویکرد مثبت و همدلانه‌ای به فعالیت‌های زنان شیعه لبنانی دارد، آثار زیادی در این زمینه تألیف کرده که شماری از آنها به شرح زیر است:
